Lexington, Kentucky post-hardcore band Too Close To Touch has revealed that 'For Keeps,' set to release on March 8th via Epitaph Records, will be their final album. The band, known for over a decade of skillful musicianship, intricate arrangements, and the untimely passing of beloved frontman Keaton Pierce in 2022, shares a poignant lead single, "Control," accompanied by a visually satisfying music video.

In a heartfelt mini-documentary, guitarist Mason Marble and drummer Kenny Downey discuss the significance of the record, emphasizing that 'For Keeps' serves as a last gift to the Too Close To Touch community. The band encourages listeners to embrace the album, ensuring the preservation of Keaton's legacy through his lyrics and emotions captured in this final catalog entry.

Last fall, the band unveiled the single "Hopeless" in honor of Keaton's birthday, marking their first posthumous release since 2016. 'For Keeps' continues this exploration of Keaton's unfinished material, celebrating his prowess as a powerhouse vocalist, frontman, and lyricist.

As a trio comprising Keaton Pierce (vocals), Mason Marble (guitar), and Kenny Downey (drums), Too Close to Touch has left an indelible mark on the post-hardcore scene. Their explosive mix of indie-rock cool and punk-blasted emo pop energy has garnered acclaim, making 'For Keeps' a poignant conclusion to their musical journey.
