Pain of Truth Unleashes Hardcore Fury with Debut Album 'Not Through Blood

Pain of Truth, the Long Island-based metallic hardcore powerhouse, is primed to shake the scene with their first full-length offering, "Not Through Blood," set to explode onto the hardcore scene on September 8 through DAZE Records. Building on their 2020 EP "No Blame…Just Facts" and their fiery 2021 split with Age of Apocalypse, this album packs a sonic punch like no other.

With an impressive lineup of guest vocalists gracing almost every track (except for one instrumental piece), "Not Through Blood" boasts an all-star cast, featuring industry legends like Freddy Cricien of Madball, Scott Vogel of Terror, Justice Tripp of Trapped Under Ice, Vinnie Caruana of The Movielife, Jay Peta of Mindforce, Brendan Garrone of Incendiary, Shane Moran of Title Fight/Bad Seed, and more.

Recorded and mixed by Andy Nelson, the album is a testament to Pain of Truth's evolution, delivering a sound that's not just razor-sharp but also profoundly heavy. The lead single, "Actin’ Up," featuring Steve Buhl of 200 Stab Wounds, is a gritty, unapologetic battle cry that encapsulates the album's relentless energy.

Not only are Pain of Truth dropping their debut album, but they're also set to hit the stage alongside Madball, Vein.fm, and 200 Stab Wounds at Code Orange's Code’s World in Pittsburgh on September 30. This hardcore extravaganza promises a relentless onslaught of pure, unadulterated sound, marking Pain of Truth's ascent into the echelons of hardcore greatness.

Stay tuned as Pain of Truth gears up to unleash "Not Through Blood," an album that's set to carve its name into the annals of hardcore history, delivering an electric charge to the heart of the Long Island hardcore scene and beyond.
