Lazer Bullet Unleashes Most Aptly Named Debut EP Ever

Portland, a city with a rich musical legacy, has birthed yet another powerhouse - Lazer Bullet. Brace yourselves as their debut EP, "Spirit Suck Shit," crashes onto the punk rock scene with a primal ferocity that leaves you pulverized, much like their razor-sharp vocals that incinerate every sense of balance and tranquility.

This EP, digitally released by Black Water, cassette released through Convulse, propels Lazer Bullet with an unrelenting sound that harks back to early USHC greats like Articles of Faith and Poison Idea. Yet, their contemporary twist, reminiscent of Hope? and Golpe, sets them apart, ensuring a fresh and invigorating punk experience.

With a deliberate lo-fi production, "Spirit Suck Shit" becomes an auditory assault, a signature move that distinguishes Lazer Bullet's hardcore punk prowess. Black Water Records, a gem in the DIY underground scene, has once again proven their knack for discovering and championing authentic punk acts.

Lazer Bullet's debut is a frenzy of distortion-bombed hardcore, available today for your consumption. Demonic vocals, elemental rock 'n' roll pushed to the extremes, and track titles like "Demon Semen," "Hogweed," and "Stay Stupid" make this EP an unapologetic embrace of chaos.

What I'm trying to say here is that it seems like Lazer Bullet knew that the only thing that would make you think pounding a 40 in a back alley, shattering the bottle on the ground, and then using the shards to carve anarchy symbols into your leg is a good idea, is SPIRIT SUCK SHIT...and my leg is blooooooody.

Limited to 125 copies, these cassettes are vanishing quickly. Buy one here.
