Knocked Loose and Poppy get ferocious

Knocked Loose is roaring into the scene with their upcoming album "You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To," and they're teasing fans with a jaw-dropping collaboration featuring none other than the genre-bending force Poppy. The latest single, "Suffocate," is a relentless onslaught of heavy riffs, thunderous percussion, and Poppy's haunting vocals that meld seamlessly with Knocked Loose's ferocity.

The track delves into themes of betrayal, perfectly encapsulating the weight of deception with intense breakdowns and gripping lyrics. Guitarist Isaac Hale shares, "Her voice allowed us to expand our palette and do some weird, off-the-wall things that we maybe wouldn't do in another song. We felt that because we had Poppy’s voice involved, it allowed us to kind of push the boundaries of what we thought was feasible."

This collaboration marks a significant step for Knocked Loose, showcasing their willingness to explore new territories while staying true to their roots. "Suffocate" is just a taste of what awaits on "You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To," set to drop on May 10th via Pure Noise Records.

The anticipation for this album is palpable, especially as Knocked Loose gears up for their sold-out North American tour alongside Show Me The Body, Loathe, and Speed. The band's meteoric rise in recent years is undeniable, solidifying their position as heavy music's most in-demand units.

As fans eagerly await the full album release, "Suffocate" stands as a testament to Knocked Loose's unwavering energy, pushing boundaries, and delivering relentless music that leaves a lasting impact. Get ready for an explosion on May 10th with "You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To"!
