FALSE FED's Unhinged Anthem: 'The Tyrant Dies' Emerges Ahead of Debut Album

FALSE FED, the latest creation featuring a powerhouse lineup including members from Discharge, Ministry, Soulfly, Nausea, and Amebix, unleashes their cataclysmic fervor with "The Tyrant Dies," a searing single from their debut album 'Let Them Eat Fake,' due on October 13 via Neurot Recordings.

This dystopian assembly boasts current Discharge vocalist Jeff Janiak, Amebix founder Stig C. Miller on guitars, bassist JP Parsons, and drummer Roy Mayorga of multiple influential bands. The band's concoction of discomfort and rage melds into a harrowing soundscape, encapsulating a world grappling with uncertainty.

"'The Tyrant Dies' is a blistering testament," declares Janiak, morphing from an ode to individual narcissism to a potent anthem rebuking global leadership. Parsons echoes the sentiment, noting the track's explosive energy, while Miller champions its syncopated beat, crafting an anthem that's both simple and profound.

Embracing a dark, post-punk narrative, FALSE FED steers into uncharted territories with their new-wave-inspired "Echoes Of Compromise," offering a melodic twist on Janiak's relentless vocals, presenting a potent blend of past and present musical landscapes.

Directed and edited by Darren Green/PunkRockGreeny, the visceral visualizer for "The Tyrant Dies" paints a gripping canvas for Janiak's protest-themed verses, encapsulating rebellion in a world that often seems bereft of hope.

A culmination of discomfort and urgency, 'Let Them Eat Fake' was recorded and mixed by Roy Mayorga and mastered by Jack Control, presenting a sonic tapestry that intertwines the band's roots with uncharted musical territories.

Experience the unyielding force of FALSE FED's "The Tyrant Dies," a song that melds ferocity with a fervent call for change, preluding their forthcoming album's fiery arrival.
